and management is not a new business venture for Tim and CJ Farmer, former owners of Valley Vista Equestrian Center in Hoschton,
Georgia.

After 22 years of operation in Gwinnett County, the urban sprawl of Atlanta replaced the rural neighborhood
of Valley Vista, making it impossible to expand the business. Early in 2004, a decision was made to sell Valley Vista and relocate a little further up the interstate into the northeast Georgia mountain area.
Grove River Ranch LLC, named after the river
that runs through it, is located in the agricultural Hickory Flat community of Banks County, Georgia, and
has restored the quiet, private and scenic serenity previously enjoyed in Gwinnett. By replacing the 31 acre facility with
new and larger facilities on 153 acres, we are now able to offer a wider range of equestrian services,
recreational and retreat opportunities, and better serve existing programs.
