March 7

Dream Weavers drill team practice (on foot and horseback) 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. in the indoor arena.  Check in with Tina or Donald Ray, $5/horse facility fee, trails are open after practice, bring your negative coggins.

March 13 & 14

Boot Camp!  For novice-beginner adults planning to own or lease a horse, or already own a horse and not sure what to do with it, or their kids are involved with horses on some level and parents feel the need to get up to speed.  The first two sessions (on Saturday) are classroom sessions and interactive hands on demos in the stables.  The third session, held on Sunday afternoon, is a riding session held in the indoor arena for adults who are just beginning to ride, or may be having some equine communication problems, or have riding experience but never had formal instruction on correct riding techniques. Boot Camp for Adults.  Sign-in, refreshments, Meet & Greet 12:00-1:00.  Session One 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Structured to help first time horse owners, soon-to-be horse owners, or horse owners needing more knowledge and skills for the handling and caring for horses.  $70/person for first session, $60 for each session thereafter. Boot Camp for Adults.  Session Two 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Continuation of topics not covered in Session One. $70 first time participant, $60 for previous session attendees. Register early, class size limited to 6-8 participants for more individual attention.
